>>>> PLEASE READ COURIER DELAYS LINK HERE <<<<
Please allow an extra +1 day in transit on all parcels for the next 2 weeks (Black Friday sales will affect couriers throughout NZ due to the quantity of freight they are dealing with).
Please see the above link for any current delays around the country - this is updated daily. Whilst delays can be disappointing, the weather (and ferry sailings) are completely out of human control, where possible we will leave an extra day in transit to account for weather and adjust if we note an area is under delay. We cannot 100% guarantee a delivery date but always do our best.
APPROXIMATE STANDARD DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES (excludes delays)
Orders received by 2:30pm (NZST) Monday to Friday are dispatched from our office on the date of order (unless a further date is selected in your cart.)
Can I get delivery on a specific date?
As we use a third party for delivery, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. but we always try to do our best for you. We cannot refund shipping if the courier is late, this is outside of our control and often related to the weather or ferry sailings being cancelled. Approximate time frames for delivery below.

How do I find the tracking number for my order?
Click on the "View My Order" button (green) on your shipping email. This will take you to our website where you enter the email address and order number (which is on your confirmation email), to Log into the system - your tracking number will then appear on the left-hand side. Click on the tracking number to be taken to the courier website.
-
All gifts are marked "Authority to Leave" and tracked with the courier by GPS. You will be able to view the courier tracking number and follow the delivery yourself with this number after dispatch - you will see each scan they make on the courier tracking website.
The courier will leave the gift at the property (further instructions can be added at checkout) ie: gate code, dogs, but won't bite, leave at back door, leave by the carport etc. Should the courier not be able to access the property at all, the gift will return to the courier depot and your recipient will need to arrange to collect themselves.

Gift Greeting Cards:
Entered at checkout we offer a free gift card with all purchases. Our team handwrites each card for a personal touch, and we will write it exactly as you have typed it, so please double check your message - if you have any changes, please contact us immediately as gift cards are written as soon as the order arrives. (...sorry we can't draw emoji's, so if you include them they are unlikely to be included - unless it's a heart, we can manage those!)
If your message is long (including Poems) we will print the gift card in black and white (only available on our standard card) to ensure it fits on the lines required and within the gift card.
PO Box Delivery
Sorry, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. On occasion a rural courier may leave a parcel at a PO Box if they have things set up with the homeowner to do so, however we cannot address a courier parcel ourselves.
Apartments:
Often couriers find there is no access to apartment buildings or gated communities. If they ring a buzzer to the building and no one answers, the courier will decide if it is safe to leave. If they decide it is unsafe, they will take it back to the courier depot where it will need to be collected.
Please always provide a phone number if sending to an apartment in case your item ends up in problem freight. We strongly recommend avoiding sending gifts to apartments where there is no access. Please send to a place of work, or a friend’s place where a delivery can be left safely without delay given the living nature of your gift.
Courier delivery costs for gifts is calculated on the weight / dimensions / delivery area for the recipient - our single gifts range from $9.50 whilst larger Standard hampers and trees $11.50 with an additional small, subsidised charge for rural delivery.
Prices calculate from that point depending on weight and size of the parcel. You will be able to see the shipping cost prior to paying for the gift. If rural delivery is not selected when the address is rural we will email for the additional payment prior to delivery.
Large Tree Gifts - Courier costs for height / weight on large trees (as they weigh over 4kg are): $14.50 North Island and $25.50 South Island (+$5 for Rural Delivery). The cost is more from the courier; however, we subsidise this for our clients.
We pride ourselves on keeping shipping as low as possible even with the recent rises in courier costs.
Volume corporate orders to one location will be provided by quotation.
We cannot seek reimbursement of courier costs from the courier should the parcel not arrive on a specific day.
