F.A.Q's - Corporate Gifting
Do you send GST receipts?
Absolutely, once an order is placed online a GST receipt is automatically emailed to you. This includes everything required, your order number and details, our GST number. GST is inclusive in all totals.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes! For 20 or more units placed in one order. Please note that discounts are not available for orders placed 1 November - December 25th each year due to indents of stock.
Do you offer corporate branding?
Yes! Branding is available on our sliding lid gift boxes as a one off or on an ongoing basis for 50+ units. There is a one off setup fee for the forging of the hot iron brand stamp of $200 ex GST - no further costs are then required to brand the boxes. For clients who wish to send gifts on an ongoing basis, we will keep your boxes (sliding only) in stock and replenish as required. Branding on crates is only offered for 50+ one off bulk orders, not on an ongoing basis due to space requirements for storage in our premises.
Do you have a designer who can help with seed product templates?
Yes!, we can put you in touch with an external designer - you will need to settle their account directly with them.
Do you wholesale trees on their own to other gift companies?
No we do not offer this service. Looking after trees is a specialist area of horticulture, of which we have 20+ years' experience.
Do you send gifts to clients directly in bulk?
Yes! For volume orders we require a spreadsheet with names, addresses and any gift message (or you're welcome to send your printed hand signed cards for us to include for you).
Tracking numbers are sent back to you on your spreadsheet after dispatch and all data in relation to your clients is then wiped from our systems. It will be up to your team to track the couriers from the point of dispatch.
Please note - we do not dispatch seed gifts individually. All seed gift card / cube orders are dispatched in bulk to your office for delivery to your clients.
